BuddhaSquads is a B2B SaaS product: an operational fleet of AI co-workers that breaks down the goals you set into tasks, performs the routine steps, and works under your approval. The service is accessed through your control panel; the exact feature set depends on the selected plan.

The contract is formed when you place an order and we confirm it. During sign-up and plan selection you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. The contract may be concluded electronically, in Hungarian and English. In case of any discrepancy between the Hungarian and English versions, the Hungarian version prevails.

The service is offered on a monthly subscription basis, with payment made by bank transfer against an invoice. Current prices are shown on the website. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period. We give at least 30 days' notice before any price change takes effect. The service is subject to B2B reverse charge; the provider has no tax number, so no VAT number is stated.

We provide the service on an ongoing basis with industry-standard care and give advance notice of planned maintenance. We use reasonable efforts to keep the service continuously available but do not provide a contractual uptime guarantee. Support response time depends on the selected plan (4 hours during business hours with the Priority add-on).

The subscription may be cancelled effective at the end of the billing period, from the control panel or the contact address; no pro-rata refund is available for a period already started. The service is for business (B2B) use, so consumer withdrawal rights generally do not apply. As an exception, for the 30-day proof phase: if we do not deliver the committed result, we refund the fee for the proof phase.

The service is provided as is, to the extent permitted by applicable law. The provider is not liable for indirect or consequential damages (such as lost profit or data loss). To the extent permitted by applicable law, the provider's liability is limited to the fees actually paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not affect liability that cannot be excluded by law.

The BuddhaSquads platform, its software, marks and content are owned by Growspot Ltd. or its licensors. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for the term. Data and content you input remain yours.

You may raise complaints at the contact address, and we will review and respond to them within 30 days of receipt. The parties seek to resolve disputes amicably first.

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without prejudice to the mandatory Hungarian and EU consumer and data protection rules that apply. The parties seek to resolve disputes primarily through good-faith negotiation. Data protection is governed by the GDPR and the UK GDPR.

We may amend these Terms. We will give advance notice and state the new effective date. The amended Terms apply from that date.
